The Wye River Estate’s charming yet traditional scenery makes this an ideal location to commemorate your special day. Our professional event planners work with you to customize an event that reflects your vision. Rental is available all year.
Capacity (Outdoor)
The lawn can accommodate tents to seat up to 1000 guests,
although more intimate tent options are available as well.

Venue Rental: $6,000
Includes the outside property, the sunroom, the patio, and a bridal suite in the cottage.
Pole Tent: $3,400 - $4,400
Includes the pole tent, set-up and break-down, perimeter lighting, optional sides and a dance floor.
Tables and Chairs:
Price variable based on style and quantity selections (available to rent from caterer).
Restroom Trailers
Price is dependent upon size and style. Available from either Got to Go or Eastern Shore Tents and Events.
Other Costs
Catering Contract for Reception: To be determined after a meeting between the client and the caterer; dependent upon the length of the event, menu and liquor choices.
-Includes: Beverages (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic), Menu, Catering Staff (including full kitchen staff to cook on-site), Equipment Rental (plates, silverware, glassware, basic linens) and Event Coordinator.
